The main entrance of this home is conveniently located on the right side under the covered porch and next to the parking area. Upon entering, you are greeted by the bright kitchen, perfect for cooking easy ski trip meals. Open shelving and island storage baskets is ideal for your belongings. The double-bay sink sits beside the sunny window alongside the new oven, microwave, and fridge. Plus, the kitchen is home to the laundry area with a stacked washer and dryer, as well as a television for entertainment.

The kitchen flows into the dining room with a table for 5-6 guests, large bay windows, and a coffee station with all the fixings. The main level bathroom is located off the dining area and has been completely renovated with a full-sized shower. The cozy living room features a sprawling sectional and an oversized television for movie nights. You'll also find lots of games and puzzles to enjoy at the dining table or around the living room.

The upper level is home to the three bedrooms and the other renovated bath room. The spacious primary room sits at the top of the stairs with a King bed, storage armoire, ceiling fan, and diffuser. The second bedroom has a queen bed, an alcove for personal items, ceiling fan, and a clever open closet with bench for more storage. The bunk room sleeps up to four guests with a full-sized bed and a set of twin-sized bunk beds.

Should Tenant wish to cancel this reservation, Tenant’s notice of cancellation is needed in writing. If Tenant’s written notice of cancelation is received by Open Door Vacation Rentals within 48 hours of booking, and at least 14 days before the check-in date Open Door Vacation Rentals will refund 100% of payments previously received from Tenant for the Reserve Period. If Tenant’s written notice of cancellation is received by Open Door Vacation Rentals more than 30 days prior to the check-in date, Open Door Vacation Rentals will refund 50% of payments received. No refund will be issued after such date.
