This ski-in/ski-out condo is located in the K building of Winterplace directly in front of the unloading area of the base lifts. No need to brave traffic or the dreaded walk from the parking lot. You can accommodate up to 8 guests, in this three-bedroom two-bath unit.

Transit

Directions from the Okemo Access Road

-Turn onto Mountain Rd/Okemo Mountain Rd
-After .5 miles you will turn right onto Okemo Ridge Road. Directly in front of "The Loft", a big red barn.
-Follow Okemo Ridge Road for 1.1 miles and turn left at the Winterplace sign.
-Follow the signs to M Building
-You will drive past a guard shack and then turn right.
-Follow the signs to K Building
-You will turn left before the office and drive to the farthest building on your left.

Cancellation Policy

Should Tenant wish to cancel this reservation, Tenant’s notice of cancellation is needed in
writing. If Tenant’s written notice of cancelation is received by Open Door Vacation
Rentals within 48 hours of booking, and at least 14 days before the check-in date Open
Door Vacation Rentals will refund 100% of payments previously received from Tenant for
the Reserve Period. If Tenant’s written notice of cancellation is received by Open Door
Vacation Rentals more than 30 days prior to the check-in date, Open Door Vacation
Rentals will refund 50% of payments received. No refund will be issued after such date.
