The ground level includes a washer and dryer, air hockey table, flat screen TV, bunk room, and full bath.

The main, entry-level features the living area with a propane fireplace, dining area, kitchen, half bath, and master bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Deck access is just off the living area.

The upper level overlooks the living area, with two queen bedrooms and a full bathroom.

Should Tenant wish to cancel this reservation, Tenant’s notice of cancellation is needed in writing. If Tenant’s written notice of cancelation is received by Open Door Vacation Rentals 30 days or more prior to the check-in date, Open Door Vacation Rentals will refund 100% of payments previously received from Tenant for the Reserve Period. If booked fewer than 30 days before the check-in date, Open Door Vacation Rentals will refund 100% of payments previously received for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before the check-in date. If Tenant’s written notice of cancellation is received by Open Door Vacation Rentals less than 30 days prior to the check-in date, and at least 7 days before check-in Property Manager will refund 50% of payments received. No refund will be issued after such date.
