Space
This classic Ludlow farmhouse has been fully renovated inside while keeping the character that makes it feel like home: wide plank wood floors, exposed beams, and a stone fireplace anchoring the main living room. You are a short walk from the restaurants and shops of Ludlow village and a four-minute drive to the Okemo base area.
Step in through the mudroom, where cubbies, hooks, boot storage, and ski racks keep gear organized and out of the living space. The main floor opens into a bright kitchen with a large island and bar seating, a gas range, a farmhouse sink, and everything you need to cook for a group. The dining area seats everyone beneath a chandelier with views out to the porch, and the living room gathers around the stone fireplace (decorative, not operable) with a sectional and a smart TV.
Through the mudroom and up over the garage is a second living space built for teenagers, friends, or anyone who wants to stay up later than the rest of the house. It has a big sectional and TV, a full wet bar with counter seating, and open floor space for games, and its own full bathroom with a walk-in tile shower. The main house stays quiet; the annex gets the late movie.
The house sleeps eight across three bedrooms. The main-floor primary has a queen bed and a bathroom with a clawfoot soaking tub and shower. Upstairs, a second bedroom with a queen and a third bedroom with a queen and a full bed share a bathroom designed for a full house: two showers, two toilets, and a three-faucet sink so nobody waits in line on a ski morning. A washer and dryer are in the house.
Outside, soak in the private hot tub on the back deck after a day on the mountain, or settle onto the front porch with your morning coffee. Driveway parking is right at the house along with garage parking.
