This ground-level condominium at Winterplace K102 offers walk-out access to the top of the A&B Quad chairlifts. Throw on your boots, grab your gear, and leave through the back door and you're on the trail. From there it's a quick run down to the Sunburst Six for summit access without the base lifts, and at the end of the day you ski right back to the door.

Entering the home, a mudroom hallway with bench seating, hooks, and a wall of built-in cabinets and cubbies gives you plenty of room to stash skis, boots, and layers.

The main living space is open and bright, with a kitchen, dining area, and living room all in one. The kitchen features stainless appliances including a gas range, ample cabinet storage, and a breakfast bar with seating for three. The dining table seats six beneath a wrought-iron chandelier, and the living room centers on a wood-burning fireplace with two couches and a recliner for movie nights, board games, and warming up after a day on the slopes.

The primary suite features a king-sized bed, dresser and closet storage, and a private bathroom with a walk-in glass shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The third bedroom is the bunk room, with a twin-over-queen bunk bed plus a separate twin bed, ideal for kids or an extra pair of adults. A second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo serves these two rooms.
