SouthFace Village is a thoughtfully designed, slopeside community on the sunny side of Okemo Mountain Resort, offering a peaceful mountain setting with easy access to year-round recreation. The village blends the feel of a private mountain neighborhood with shared amenities like a heated outdoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, and a fitness center, making it especially popular with families. Just a short drive away, the Village of Ludlow offers local restaurants, shops, and small-town charm, giving guests the option to stay tucked into the mountains or head into town whenever they like.

This two-level condo in the Tamarack building at SouthFace Village is designed for easy group stays, with room to gather and room to retreat.

You'll arrive through a mudroom with built-in cubbies, hooks, and a bench, the right place to shed boots and hang jackets before stepping into the main living area. The open floor plan brings the kitchen, dining, and living room together under one high ceiling, with big windows and a slider out to the private deck. The living room centers on a gas fireplace and a large sectional, and the dining table seats the whole group. The kitchen has a long island with bar seating, stainless appliances, and everything you need to cook at home.

Also on the main level is a king bedroom and a full bathroom, ideal for anyone who prefers to skip the stairs.

Upstairs, the primary suite has a king bed and its own full bath with a walk-in shower and double vanity. A second king suite also has a private full bath. The bunk room has two twin-over-twin bunk beds for four, and a fourth full bathroom serves the bunk room and the second-floor lounge, a separate living space with a sofa, TV, and plenty of floor room for kids. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer rounds out the upper level.

The condo sleeps 10, with mini-split heating and cooling throughout for year-round comfort, and it comes with two dedicated spaces in the covered garage underneath.

Guests enjoy access to SouthFace Village's shared amenities, including a heated outdoor pool open year-round, outdoor hot tubs, and a fitness center, all a short walk from the building. The village's own Suncatcher trail and lift put Okemo's south-facing terrain right outside the door.
